The Jacksons, "Blame It On The Boogie" (1978)
Hello all, I was so inspired by Door Sixteen blog post that I needed to share. It is so amazing how “Blame It On The Boogie” instantly puts a smile on my face. It has put me in a better mood and I am going to try to make it last the rest of the
day week! Thanks Door Sixteen for the inspiration; I am 100% boogieing in my head.
I have been reading Water for Elephants over the last couple weeks and am loving it. The writing is absolutely magical! I am so excited to go see the movie. I am one of those people…who just has to read the book first and will for sure say “I thought the book was better,” but I cant help myself….I have to do it anyways!

Lately I have been longing for summer. This image from Haven and Home has me dreaming of an outdoor movie after a long day of playing in the sun.
I don’t know what I did, but I miss you. Please come back!
I am currently in the process of some spring home renovations. One of projects on my “to do” list is to paint my bedroom. I have decided on grey; easy, simple, and will go with my current bedspread. To even-out the dark grey I need a light, romantic, simple painting to bring a brightness to the room. Here are some of my favorites by an artist I found on Etsy Leigh Viner
This is an original piece that I am in LOVE with!
This one is so Carrie Bradshaw; it is the hat/hair piece/splash of color!
So feminine; simple beauty!
